We welcome our customer warm heart to claim the refund if not satisfied with the services. Please go through our refund policy here. However, we ensure you that our services are not often subjected to refund because we provide products that are at their best standards for our prestigious and precious customers. But, if for a valid reason the refund has to be claimed, we would provide 100% refund in 15 days by our support team after validation.

The refund can be initiated only by sending the request on support@exceldriveitsolutions.com. Since there is a specific time frame for refund for different services in which the refund can be initiated, therefore, you have to apply for the refund on or before the deadline of the service provided to you. No extension or refund will be provided post deadline time.

You can claim refund for :

* Latency in receiving product or service.
* If you realize that the issue is not resolved and it still persists.
* If your problem is partly addressed by the technician.
* If there are other reasons apart from those stated above, mention specific reason. 

Before we initiate your request of refund we will validate the reason of refund. If you are initiating the refund, you are required to send the valid reason for the refund. After our validation check if the refund reason is genuine the refund will be initiated, but, if the validation check fails, then no refund will be initiated.
